Privacy Policy

On your device

Your settings, diary, records, progress and imported scores are saved in your device’s browser. They are not sent to a server run by the developer.

The microphone is only activated with your permission. Sound is analyzed on your device to detect notes: it is not recorded or sent over the internet.

Google Drive, if you choose

Connecting Google is optional. Rosina only requests access to its private app data folder in your Drive to save and retrieve your progress across devices; it cannot read your other files, emails or photos.

Sync includes diary sessions and notes, records, progress for built-in and catalog songs, level and daily goal. Imported scores and their progress stay on your device. Google user data is used only for this sync, without advertising, sales or training artificial intelligence models.

Connections to Google use HTTPS. Temporary authorization is kept only in memory and is lost when you reload. The developer does not receive your password, authorization or a copy of your progress.

Retention and deletion

Data stays in your browser and, if connected, your Drive until you delete it. Deleting a synced session leaves a deletion marker, without its content, to prevent it from reappearing.

To delete everything, disconnect sync first, clear the site’s data in your browser and delete Rosina’s hidden data in Google Drive → Settings → Manage apps. Also delete any downloaded JSON backups you no longer need.

Disconnecting stops sync but keeps the data. You can revoke permission in your Google Account’s app connections. Revoking permission and deleting the Drive backup are separate actions.

Other services

The site’s hosting provider may process technical connection data such as IP addresses. Google and external sites you open, such as the voluntary support link, apply their own privacy policies.
